2ND Gear Clunk/Click

I bought an 04 X last weekend which has a suspension lift on 33" tires. Everything runs great and is going well. My questions is that when I shift into 2nd gear it makes a clunk or click sound, but shifts fine. Is this normal to have this sound for these year Wranglers or maybe I am not giving it enough gas when I shift? I know on my Harley they are known for their clunk on shifts but this only really does it on 1st (occassionally) and 2nd. Is this gonna screw something up? Thanks.

My 04 does the EXACT same thing. Click/clunk from 1st to second and 2nd to third. Seems to go MOSTLY away after the trans warms up. I actually had a thread about this a month or so ago. It was suggested to the trans drained and filled.
