Angry 3,000 miles and warped rotor?!

Taking the TJ in for it's first oil change tonight(dealer threw in the first one)

When coming to a stop from 50-60 MPH, the steering wheel goes side to side. Feels like it's coming from the right front tire.

Had mechanic at my work check it and he says it looks like my right front rotor is warped!

So far, I'm not overly happy with this TJ. First week I owned it, it was back at the dealers because the assembly line forgot to install a thermostat in it. And now, if the rotor is indeed warped it really makes me wonder what else is going to go wrong with it!
