305 tpi in 97 tj ??

has anybody put a 305 tpi motor in a tj ?
i am thinking of useing a 305 tpi motor out of a trans am.with a 700 r4 with a transfer case out of a 91 gmc pickup,dont know witch one it is.all i know is it aluminum.
i am wondering what else i am looking at for parts ,drive shafts and anything else.and some prices.
