Was wondering if I would have clearance issues with 32's on the 2" BDS lift without extra bump stops. I've seen a couple of pictures of 2" lifts with 31's and they look a little small to me. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
I've been told that the main reason for the bump stops is so the springs and shocks don't compress to much. If they do, which they would without stops, then when that energy releases, that corner of the Jeep would spring back in a somewhat ... violent way. It would make for a rough, bouncy ride.
You wouldn't rub though.
Jonesumd... Nice looking Rubi. Just put on a Zone 2" spacer lift myself. Will be getting Wrangler MT-R 32x11.5x15's soon.
