05TJR, seems that everything is engaging properly in hi and lo. I even tested the lockers in lo. Is this just a sensor issue, or a linkage adjustment issue? We haven't had much of a winter yet and I'd like to get this sorted out before the snow flies. Btw, no lift... Bone stock.

I'm not aware of a light specifically for 4LO, AFAIK there's only the "4WD" lamp which will illuminate in 4HI or 4LO.

'05 manual indicates the same.

The 4WD indicator light, located in the instrument panel,
alerts the driver that the vehicle is in four wheel drive
and that the front and rear driveshafts are locked together.
This light illuminates when the transfer case is
shifted to either the 4H or 4L positions.

I'm assuming by your screen name that you have an '06? I looked at the owner's manual for '06 and it, too, only shows a single 4WD light and says it comes on in 4H or 4L. Maybe the manual is wrong, but I can't find any pics showing otherwise. Would you mind taking a pic of your dash with the high and low dash lights?

The early TJs shared the dash with the XJ and said "Part-Time" when in 4H or 4L in the TJ, there are provisions in that cluster for "Full-Time" and "4WD LO" lights due to the XJ's full-time option, but IIRC only the "Part-Time" light illuminates in the TJ and the "4WD LO" light does not come on.
