92 wrangler won't idle

I have a 92 jeep wrangle with 189,000 miles. I replaced the body at 178,000 miles. I left the engine harness intact and transferred the dash wiring harness. When first completed the jeep ran perfectly. Then it started to stall once it warmed up. I have replaced the throttle postioning sensor and the idle control valve. No difference was noted. When it starts cold it will idle all day long. Runs perfectly on the highway. If Increase the idle when stopping I can get the jeep to idle. Any sugestions?
