97' 2.5L Check Engine Codes

So if anyone has seen a few of my posts lately regarding engine issue with the rain, the check engine light finally came on this evening. ive never had an issue with this jeep till this weekend! these are the codes:

12 Direct battery input to PCM was disconnected within the last 50 Key-on cycles.

42 An open or shorted condition detected in the auto shutdown relay circuit. An open condition detected in the ASD relay output circuit. An open or shorted condition detected in the fuel pump relay control circuit. An open circuit between PCM and fuel gauge sending unit. Circuit shorted to voltage between PCM and fuel gauge sending unit. No movement of fuel level sender detected.

43 Peak primary circuit current not achieved with maximum dwell time. Misfire detected in one or more cylinders 1 thru 6. (4 and 6 cyls.)

aaaaahhhh i don't even know where to start here....anyone have these codes? I've tried to search through the forum but everything is so scarce and spread out.

I did take out and put back the fuel pump and ASP relay to inspect them, but would that have caused code 42?

i'm not sure what arching is? but its nightime and just went out and started her up and on my dist. cap, the tower on the outside edge facing the battery, which i believe runs into the 3rd chamber, i can see electric light/sparks on the connection b/w the cap and hose right on top of the tower.

thinking that a new rotor, distr., cables and plugs may be needed.

Yea that is arching. Kinda cool to watch, you need at least new wires.
