97 TJ Caliper bracket

cant find anything on here about these but are they a part of the spindle or bolted on separate. Ive been noticing a rattle in the front and finally took the front right wheel off and found this. The brake shoes have been beating up and down so much that Im pretty sure those 2 notches aren't suppose to be there. And the caliper is falling in and the rotor is rubbing it and making 2 shiney grooves in the caliper. So does the bracket come off separate.

wow thats a really bad set of divots.

if that doesn't work, you'll need new knuckles...and from the looks of it, new rotors and pads.
