97 TJ driveshaft and 35's???

I have a 97 tj it currently has a 4.5" pro comp lift on it w/ 33's. How much bigger do I need to go to fit 35's? And will I have to get any work done to my driveshafts?

You could probably squeeze them on with the existing lift, but if you want to go proportional, two more inches of lift is ideal. But, youdon't say what axles you have, and 35" tires with a dana 30/35 is probably a bad idea, unless it's mostly street driven.

If there's a will, usually there's a way, but then you get to that bolt that you still can't get to with two extensions, two universal sockets, and a contorsionist midget trying to help you.

1999 XJ Four door, mostly stock for now, but I am in the process of building a custom plate bumper.

what he said...the 35 rear is a bad seed...and you could fit the 35's right now as people run 35's with 4 inch lifts but you will rub at full flex. if you go with any more lift you will definitely want to go with an sye and a new driveshaft
