97 tj new clutch please help

i just changed my clutch due to throwout bearing coming apart and now i have a knocking sound/feeling coming from drivers floorboard on heavy acceleration went through the 500 mile breakin like recommended and put everything back the way it was doesnt seem to interfer with driving or 4x4ing just wasnt doing it before why now? any clues let me know please

Check your transmission mount. Did you bolt it back up, or is it broken?

yea its bolted back up adnd doesnt seem broke and the 4x4 linkage is alright im in the process of putting a 2inch body lift on and found that the 4 bolts holding the shifter plate i guess is what it is down were lose drunk friends helping change a clutch can be not so helpful donno if that was the problem or not will find out tomarrow any way to test the tranny mount? had a 4ft pry bar trying to move it up down left and right and it wouldnt move
