97' TJ tail lights will not turn on.

Hi all, Could someone steer me in the right direction for troubleshooting tail lights that quit working. The front running lights turn on, but the tail lights do not. Fuses all ohm'd out ok. No voltage to the sockets for the bulbs on the back. Pretty vague on which fuse it would be anyway. If someone knows I would appreciate info on which one it is. The brake lights and the turn signals are in good working order. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
