Look under the center skid to see if the linkage has come apart. If so either re-connect or adjust yourself to the desired selection.

There's a screw that screws into a short, thick sleeve. This sleeve fits over a shaft. This is part of the t-case shifting linkage. If this scew comes loose, the sleeve will slide on the shaft. The handle will look like it's in 2wd, but the t-case will still be in 4wd. Like 1BLKJP said. Look under the t-case skid on the drivers side and have someone move the t-case handle. You can check to see if the sleeve is moving on the shaft. If so, tighten the set screw and you should be good.
