98 TJ/Wrangler shock question.

Happy Thanksgiving All.

I've stumbled upon something interesting while searching the 0'Reilly auto parts site searching for some new shocks and I'm hoping someone here can clear up a couple questions for me.
#1. I believe I have the 2.5" body lift on mine. Will this effect the shock I buy? Because I see where some shocks list for lift height so I'm not sure if that applies to body lift or just a suspension lift.
#2. I have a 98 Wrangler Sport,,, but I am seeing a listing for a
TJ SportL6 - 4.0L vin S 242ci - MFI GAS OHV 1997-2006
and another listing farther down as a
Wrangler SportL6 - 4.0L vin S 242ci - MFI GAS OHV 1997-2006
Problem is the second listing (wrangler) only show shock fitting 1997, 2002, and 2006. Maybe one of you guys can help me out with whatever I'm missing here???
I'll attempt to link in the page if anyone wants to dive in this deep- Monroe 911026 - Shock Absorber 1998 Jeep Wrangler | O'Reilly Auto Parts

Thanks & Regards,
Rob.

P.S. After looking farther, I can't seem to find any Rancho's in the list that will fit it.

1 Body lift does not affect shock length, if you have no suspension lift, get shocks for no lift
2 not sure what is going on with their listing, but most listings have your jeep as a wrangler, tj is the same thing but that designation is not always used
yes, those shocks will work for you, if you look, they work for ALL tjs, the designation and packages changed some over the years of production, but those work for all tjs
