99 2.5L harness plug identification 3 mysterious connections! No fuel no start!

The long and short of it is, I grabbed my 99 wrangler 4cyl 5 speed for 200 bucks!! Guys wife managed to toss a rod through the oil pan haha

fast forward, I buy a 97 4cyl engine for 500 and both have sat for about a year. The other day I finished up one project and tore into this one.

I had the motors swapped with in one day, but the harness is giving me some trouble. Motor is cranking, but wont kick over. I had to swap some componenets due to different connectors, but I think I got them all. Mainly the oil pressure sensor and and the idle speed controller and the plug connection just below and left of the distributor.

Heres a shot of the plugs I am having trouble with, I cannot for the life of me find where they go! One ay be for A/C but the other Im stumped.

I also check fuel pump, its working, then I bench tested each injector, they cycled fine. then I hooked it all up and cranked with the fuel rail out of the motor and the injectors did not fire at all. No fuel in the cylinders... thoughts.

1st 2nd and 3rd pic are A/c connectors (except the one in your left hand in the first pic)

not sure about the last two. I would have to look at my Jeep and let ya know. I'm sure someone on here will know immediately though
