99 4 Cyl SE Turn Signal Problem

They were working fine last night, but this morning no turn signals either side. I tried the emergency flashers and only the front left one goes, none of the others.

Flasher, I assume? Is that bundled up under the dash with plastic ties or somewhere else?

PS: Weird thing is that last week I noticed the left turn signal indicator on the instrument panel would come on when I stepped on the brakes. Then it stopped doing that.
