2000 4.0 wrangler. Just replaced all o-rings, schrader valves, orifice tube, compressor, and receiver/dryer. Flushed system and pulled a vacuum. Let it sit for 30 min. to check for leaks and it held fine. Charged with 1.25 lbs. r-134 and system works. My problem is low air flow and around 65 to 70 degrees out of center vent. It is no colder when first cranked up before engine is hot, so I don't believe the blend door is the problem. What causes low air flow, blower is running hard but you have to lean toward dash to feel air flow. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

You may want to consider removing the blower and get you hand in there and check for crap like leaves or other matter. My son's jeep must have been parked under a scotch pine in it's former life.
