Ac only blows cool

My ac doesn't get near as cold as it used to. I added a can of refrigerant and nothing still. When I have the ac on and my rpms get to about 2500-3000 it starts to make this godawful grinding noise. Problem with ac clutch?

Where is the grinding noise coming from? How did you add refrigerant? Did you possibly over fill it?

It made the grinding noise before I added the refridgerant. And the grind sound comes from under the hood. And I can't even describe what it sounds and feels like. But it only happens when the ac is on
