air conditioner not blowing out

Hi, we are new jeep owners, 1999 wranger, the air seems to be blowing but not coming out the vents, has any one had problems with this and is there a fix for it.

Have you checked to make sure all the pipes are connected? Try taking out the center of the dash and check all the pipes.

looking on line it seems like there might be aflapper that opens and closes. any thoughts?

Most commonly its the selector switch on the dash that you change from upper lower both and defrost, either the swich in the control unit is bad or the vacuum going to it is either disconnected or has a leak. is you removve the glove box (empty it out and slide out the strap on the right side then drop it down you will see all the vac control lines going to the center where the control unit is.
