Almost constant misfire on cylinder 3

Im at my wits end with this 2.5 liter. The CEL has been reading misfire on number three for 2 months now. I've replaced the plugs and wires and cap and button and injector, and I've tested the injector wiring, it still misfires. I can't get it to stop, I even checked the rocker arms and valve springs, everything seems to be functioning as intended, except when I turn it over with the number 3 spark plug out, I don't smell any fuel, the injector is brand new, and getting electricity. What could be causing this cylinder to not be getting fuel? I'm thinking some random sensor may be the cause, but I can't figure out why it wouldn't come up on the CEL. Anyone with any experience with this issue, please help.
