Annoying beeping

I have a 04 Rubicon. I was going down the road the other day when I could here this constant beeping. I looked at the dash and no warning lights were lit and the gauges were normal. The beeping continued until I came to a complete stop. Then started again when I reached the speed of 55mph and above. Anybody got a clue what is causing this?

this happened to me the other day. Sounded like an alarm clock. I unhooked my seatbelt, plugged it back in and the sound went away. I have no idea why it did that.

Is it a beep or a chirp? Check your u-joints, they may need some grease.

He said "beeping" three times and never mentioned a chirp.

Its a beeping sound from the dash. I checked for the u joint behind the dash, but couldn't find it.

In all seriousness though, why would there be a beep while driving and not when stopped? If it's really coming from the inside, I haven't a clue as to what would be doing it, other than the seat belt, but that wouldn't be constant.

If its "beeping" or squeaking during driving only, I'd think its mechanical.

Definitely not a chirp. Sounds like a warning beep like when you leave your headlights on or pull the e-brake while still moving.

right, but no warning lights on. After I clicked my seatbelt back in, it went away. Its also weird how it did it above 55mph.

Got any stuff stacked on the passenger seat ? My S10 would do it, it was the seatbelt seat sensor that told the system somebody was in the passenger seat when it was my attache case.
You could have an OBD scanner slapped on, one that reads ALL the reports not just the basic ones like the $100 scanners do. I've borrowed one of my customers Snap on modis scanners and drove with that plugged in, with that you can monitor all the alarms. If unplugging and plugging in your seatbelt I'd check the connectors underneath.
