Another lift question.

I have searched the forum for this but couldn't get the answer i was looking for. I am sure it has been answered before.

I am looking at getting a 2.5 rough country or 3.25 rough country lift (for a 98 2.5l if that matters?). The question is will i have to get a Slip Yoke Eliminator, longer break lines and new drive shafts?

Thank you.

I have the RC 3.25'' lift and i didnt have to extend the lines or get a SYE kit. Those things wouldnt hurt if you are going through some tough stuff and flex to the maximum. I dont, I stay pretty moderate with off roading andmy trail rides. Im not sure if the 2.5'' has this, but the 3.25'' comes with RC's 2.2 performance shocks which is a plus. I have noticed a bit off death wobble in the steering, but its no big deal im getting the RC 2.2 performance steering stabilizer and a JKS adjestable trackbar and that should cure it. Hope this helps......

the 2.5 kit comes with everything needed, no extras to buy or mods, cutting, welding or drilling is needed.
