Antifreeze leak... help identify issue

Recently have noticed a slow drip of my antifreeze and I believe I found the location... took some pictures which show where I believe the leak is coming from. (pics taken from underneath the jeep).
The seal below the bottom pulley seems to be where it's coming from. Is this possible or could it be from something else that's just not noticeable like the water pump? (and if this seal has gone bad, how difficult is it to replace?)

appreciate any and all advice.

(note: it's just antifreeze - no oil)

Water Pump
(there is a weep hole below the pump)

Not too difficult to change. (see: https://youtu.be/AMW0WmElX6M)

IMO, get an OEM pump (you can get one on-line from wermopar, but get the part# from there and compare prices)
Take your time scraping off the old gasket.
You may want to 'rent' a fan clutch wrench from your local auto parts store (for removal, see: http://www.4x4xplor.com/fan-clutch.html)
The upper rad hose clamp is a PITA unless you have an angled hose plier:

I just had the same leak happen and picked up parts today. From what I understand, the water pump leaks out of the weeping hole by design to indicate that the bearings in the pump are about to go out. It seems like it's recommended to completely flush out your cooling system before installing your new pump so that any debris in your system won't damage your new pump or cause premature wear.

Good luck

Good call. Will do a distilled water flush over the next few days to clear out the system (not getting my new parts delivered till next week so I've got time)...
I did finally figure out how to loosen the fan bolt without the proper tools... I stuffed a clean rag in between serpentine belt and fan pulley (marked in red in the picture below) and after a turn or two, it prevented the pulley from spinning when the bolt was turned... then two whacks on a wrench on the bolt and it came loose...
