ARB Locker Problem

Hello.

I have a problem with my front D30 ARB locker. It works fine in all situations. Only in full flex with the drivers side wheel down it is leaking. The compressor runs nearly all the time then. The locker is still activated but the running compressor is annoying. This is only in full flex when the LCA has contact to the lower shock mount. Only 1" less flex and the problem istn´t there.

What can I do?

Thanks.

Sounds like it's either pinching or pulling the line causing the leak...

You might need a longer line and dbl check the fittings as well, since they should probably have pipe tape on them.

Chris

if its just 1'' of flex thats hurting you.. and you for some reason cant solve the problem.. id get longer bumpstops.. yah you may lose flex but it sounds like your problem would be solved..

that sucks you rub the shock mount at full flex though..

I would say full flex it somewhere you can get under it safely and check to see if the line is fully stretched out.
