I think there is a difference. When you order a soft top, I think you can order according to your door type.

Go to "quadratec.com" and click on the "summer top advisor" it will have a full description of what hardware you need as well as which top fits which vehicle.

ok guys thanks .......
went to quadratec.com and found that the tops for fulldoors has a different order number but only by one x...........

still thinking the setup should be the same but as confused as ever?????????????

if the door surrounds are different the lady selling the top has those also .........
if replacing those will make it work then it's a go.????????????

someone on here will know from trial and error i'm hoping ?/???

thanks for your help

"went to quadratec.com and found that the tops for fulldoors has a different order number but only by one x..........."

Yeah, my lottery number matched all but one digit, too!

Man, it really depends on the top she is selling. Some tops use factory hardware and some tops use their own hardware. YJs are different than TJs, and Limiteds are different still. You better research it thoroughly or you may end up with a top that you can't use.
