Arg! Body bolt stuck.

Trying to install nerf bars on my '98 TJ, got the first body bolt out no problem, went to the back one...and not budging at all. Sprayed it down with PB Blaster, but I have my doubts that will help much since you can't really get into the threads.

Any more advice or suggestions?

spray the crap out of the bolt. It will go up in there. Just get a bigger breaker bar or impact gun should do the trick. If one breaks your fine, I am running around on 5 of the 6 too.

If you haven't gotten more out of the insurance company than you deserve, then you haven't screwed them nearly as much as they have been screwing you for the past xx years.

Trust me, if I can get this thing out, they will all be anti-seized!

I didn't have a air gun when I did mine. I took my electrical pipe bender pipe and slid it over the wrench and made roughly a 5 foot breaker bar. Worked like a charm.

Got it out and nerf bars installed. Didn't have to go to the length of using a pipe, but that did sound like a good idea!
