Automatic transmission problems

Its a 2004 wrangler it has 62*** miles on it. Never seen off road. It starts and runs, and shifts into reverse and drive fine. It wont shift into 2nd just stays in first.

I went to autozone to get a vag-com and if i remember correctly it said the tcm was the problem. I called jeep and they said no recalls on it, but i see there are some tsb on the year model. Any help is greatly appreciated.

is this a easy fix?
just replace the tcm and done?
