Axle Gearing problems

How do I figure out what my factory gear set was? I know I had 205/75/15 tires on the Jeep when it was new, but the previous owner put 30/9.5/15 tires on it and changed the gears to 3.73 gears. I know this gearing was an option on the Wranglers in 98 but I dont know if it is the factory gear set or not because that seems a little high for a 205/75/15.

If those are the factory gears there will be a tag on the rear cover saying 3.73. Do you have the D44?
