Guys, I'am planing to install a 2" Old Man EMU lift Kit on a 97 Jeep 2.5 4 cyl. Wrangler as far as wheels and tires = Cragar 15x8 Soft 8 blk wth 31"x 10.5, will I have any back spacing issues or any rubing problems at all ?
You haven't told us what back-spacing you ordered! That's the important part for this question... If you're in the 4.5" and under range you will have zero problems... On 31's you could actually go higher than that and be fine also.

the lower the backspace, the wider of a tire you can fit. but, this also pushes the wheels out the lower you go.
try to think toward the future. are 31's the biggest you'll ever go? if the answer is no...go around 4". that'll get you in the neighborhood of a 12.5" wide tire, a very popular width. that's the widest tire i'd personally run on a 8" wide rim, so you'd basically max out your 15x8 4" BS rims with a 35/12.5/15 tire.
it's just covering your a** for the future when you start to think a 31" tire is dinky, you wont need to buy spacers or different rims. buy stuff one time
