Battery drain

I have a 2002 Wrangler X with a battery drain.

I have narrowed the drain to Power Distribution Center fuse 24 - labeled "access". This includes Radio and Rear defroster/washer which I have disconnected, interior lights and instrument cluster.

Amp meter shows a steady drain until I turn on the sound bar dome light, then the drain alternates on/off rapidly.

I am trying to pull the dome light bulb (to see if that stops the drain) but cant seem to find the dome release to access the bulb. Don't want to pry too hard for fear of breaking something.

Any help on getting to the bulb or other thoughts on the source of the leak would be appreciated.

Separately, how do you tap extra fused access into the Power Distribution Center.

I'm wondering if you have a short in the sw or the wiring for the dome?
