Battery or Electrical Problem

I am new to the forum and to jeeps in general, but have had this one for about a month now, and for some reason my radio will cut off for a second when I turn on the wipers, lights, blinkers. I am about to add a new receiver this week, and was wondering if it might be a battery power draw problem (the only other thing hooked up are the fog lights, and the speaker bar) or if it might be a more underlying electrical problem, thanks in advance, I have enjoyed reading these forums for the last few months.
