when i did initial 2'' lift.. i didnt need a tc drop kit.. put it on and see if you get any vibes after you get an alignment.. you will need some good shocks.. check either RE monotubes or OME nitrochargers

if you happen to get vibes check out this.. i followed his write-up and my tc drop kit cost me only $6 at lowes.. like i said though.. check to see if you get any vibes first because i didnt until i added 1.25'' to my initial 2'' lift

You could buy my two inch spacers. I didn't need a transfer case drop kit for it. I have heard you can use the stock shocks, but I would highly recommend getting longer shocks.

yep and if you have ANY vibes read the writeup i posted and you can just use washers as your tc drop..

no need to drop your tc an inch if you only need 1/8''

now later down the road upgrading your swaybar endlinks wouldnt be a bad idea.. you can always add disconnects in the front when you do this..

if you add a 1.25" bl they you can fit 33's. don't go bigger than 1.75" on the BL though.

the cheapest way to run 33s would be this

2'' bb pucks
good riding shocks (RE monotubes or OME nitrochargers IMO)
jks 1.25'' bl with 1'' mml (the motor mount lift will take place of ANY tc drop you might need to do)
and either wheel spacers to push your stock rims out to not rub or new rims with a backspacing of 3.75''
and extended bumpstops

you can run 32s on just the 2'' bb alone.. i ran 31s on my stock wrangler WITHOUT ANY rubbing except when i did a sharp left u-turn

rough country supposedly redid their suspension lifts.. and yes a actually coil lift will be better than a bb.. you still might need a bl to fit 33s

I just put the RC 2.5 lift on my Jeep and I gotta say the springs are definitely beefier than the stock springs. The shock shafts are much thicker and the overall shock was almost twice the weight of what I took off. So far the ride has been stiffer. The first couple of days I did a lot of front to back bounce. After 400 miles that has either lessened or I have adjusted! Either way the ride is better than before. I had sagged on right side about 1/2 inch and the shocks were not the best they could have been. Just gotta get some new tires now
