before i start tearing my dash appart...

before i start to tear into my dash i would like to know that i purchased the correct part for the radio.

i bought:

98-up Chrysler/jeep
Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep
Car/Truck/Suv Stereo Dash Install Kit.


the brand is "Scosche" from wally world.

2002 wrangler, stock 4.0, auto, 33X12.50 maxis buckshot, AEV Highline Body kit, Ford 9 inch rear end.
Soon to come mods: 4" full traction lift, 4.56 gears, 35X10.50R15 boggers, 35X12.50 cooper st tires, spooled rear end, and much more.

Is this the dash kit to hold the new head unit in place? If it is then yes go ahead and have fun the install is very very easy. They made Jeep harnesses for noobs,everything is color coordinated and labeled with which wire is which!

I got the chrysler/dodge/jeep one from Crutchfield. It's perfect, go for it.
