Belt squeal?

At 27,700 miles I had a squeal from the belt when I started my jeep first thing in the morning. I had to change the idle pulley and the belt was also replaced.
Now at just under 40,000 miles that squeal is back, not as prominent as the first time and I get it for a couple of seconds in the morning and than she is fine the rest of the day.
But lately when it is damp or rainy like today sometimes when I am driving that same squeal comes and goes. Is this the idle pulley going again?? or could it be my water pump now starting to go? Thanks

I think it may just be the condensation/moisture on the belt. Its normal to hear a squeel now and then on a rainy or damp day. If and when it starts on a normal basis then worry about it.

Thanks I will keep my ears peeled, when it is dry I still hear it in the morning but as I said it goes away quickly. Other than that I never hear it again, I was hoping this was not going to turn into a every 20,000 mile maintenance.

if your hearing it in the morning its just the condensation.
