Best brake upgrade

I am looking to upgrade the brakes on my 2005 TJ for better stopping power. I have 30x9.5 BF Goodrich All-Terrain on 15x8 Cragar Wheels. Please help.

a rear rubicon D44 axle comes with disc brakes...

i have 35s and stock brakes. i must push the brakepedal with more power, but it still brakes very good in my opinion.

Seriously, my 32's have changed my breaking habits a lot, but if I really have to get on the breaks, it still stops pretty well.
