Best fuel pump to buy and where

As the title says the fuel pump is on the way out where is the best place buy. Do I need the pump or the entire module?

I got a Bosch brand via amazon for little less than $150. Installed year ago and have no issues so far.

Purchased My Bosch @ Carquest to Replace a 6 month Old Airtex that failed,When I opened the Carquest Box the Bosch Pump also had a Mopar Sticker on the Wiring Harness.

bought a Bosch from NAPA last year. It had the OEM number and MOPAR stamped on the side and the paperwork in the box said direct factroy replacement.

I think it was about 150 with discount.

Anyone got the link to the Bosch on Amazon? Is it the entire module?
