BL/MML/Tranny Bracket questions

Hey guys. I have a manual transmission 97 wrangler with the 4.0 on a 2.5 rough country suspension lift the PO put on. Talking to the PO and from my own observation, it's clear that the transfer case was not lowered when the Jeep was lifted. I've been getting some vibrations and knocking from my transmission when accelerating primarily in 1st and little in 2nd gear and I'm thinking it might be a combination of a problem with my driveline angle or a beaten up transmission mount.

Question 1:
How hard is it to replace a transmission mount at home? By how hard I mean est. time, required tools, etc..

Question 2: If I were to go with a body lift I would get a 1.25 jks and also get a 1" MML to go along with it. If I lift the front of the motor, do I need to install the tcase linkage relocation bracket?

You definitely need to install the tcase linkage relocation bracket. With my used Daystar kit, the PO did not include the linkage relocation bracket, but my friend had his left over in his spare parts. Without the bracket, I would have had to get one fabbed at the time in order for the bolt to reach the shifter under the Jeep. Look underneath your Jeep and you will see where the linkage part is - you'll see what I'm talking about.
