body lift install transfer case help please

right now im installing a 2in. body lift on my 97 five speed and can not figure out how to install the transfer case relocation bracket so the 4wd will engage. I'm at a loss and pictures would help please. thanks

the square lift block and rectangular piect with 2 holes at opposite ends are for your steering shaft. they raise the joint so the steering shaft doesnt bind. now onto the transfer cast bracket. there is a linkage bracket under your body below your right foot. its held by 4 bolts under the driver side carpet to the left of the shifter. all you have to do is lift the carpet and you will see the bolts. here is a link to a 2" body lift instalation its probably the most detailed instructions with pictures ive ever seen. http://zoneoffroad.com/Instructions/J9200.pdf

I bought that Advanced Adapters transfer case bracket after i did my body lift because no matter how much a tried to adjust the linkage it was always a pain to get it into 4 lo and sometimes 4 hi. The AA bracket does not attach to the body at all. No binding or anything after the install. Well worth the money in my opinion.
