body lift to suspension lift

I'm looking at buying a Sahara jeep with a body lift but would rather have a suspension lift. Is it possible to take the body lift off and put a suspension lift on? I know, I know just buy one with a suspension lift already on it. But I am getting a super deal on it. The guy needs to get out of his payments for it.

It's also possible to just leave the BL on and add a suspension lift

perhaps you want to add an additional susp. lift and some bigger tires.
a 3" BL i would take off because the gaps looks ugly. a1"-2" BL is ok in my opinion.
if you want some 33s tires think about combining a 2"-3" susp. lift and a 1"-2" BL.
all susp. lifts over 3" are much more expensive if you want to doit right. the latest TJs with D44 rear axle have some problems from 2" lifts on (i needed a .75" TV drop for that).

EDIT: it would help if you tell us something more about the jeep. how big is the BL, what size are the tires, some other modifications (?), some pics...
