Only thing I have heard of is a and ez-out, which I hear may not be so easy to use.

What he^^^^ said. Other than that, you will have to drill it out/have it drilled out and then retap it. Sorry, that always sux when that happens!

If you have to ask what it is or what it does, you don't need it, and you will need help to install it!

Those guys are right, but there are different kinds of EZ outs. Some are square and some are fluted. The fluted are my favorite. What ever you do don't break the EZ out, you can't drill one to save your life!!

I've not done this, just speculating, but could another bolt be welded on? Perhaps a smaller diameter bolt so you could run a bead around it onto the busted bolt... then just put a wrench to it and back the whole thing out.
