Braided brake lines for extra bling!!!!

I'm just kidding, but since you are here now maybe you can answer the question. I posted up about YJ hoses but nobody responded for whatever reason.

I found that nearly all of the extended brake lines (or swappable part numbers with added length) were made in China. Not being thrilled about that, and being one who is willing to pay a little extra for USA made stuff as long as it isn't junk, I found these to be acceptable to me, both in price and in materials used (I went to the Russell site for more information).

Is there some reason that these would be a problem on my 2006 LJ that will never be lifted more than 3" springs w/ 1.25" body? They are listed as for 4"-6" height increased vehicles.

I doubt you need longer lengths for a 3" spring lift unless it is unusually flexy but if you do, I'd just go for the YJ lines which are longer and the best quality you'll find. Their quality won't be matched by typical aftermarket 'bling' brake lines with that woven outer cover that is usually for nothing but looks. The OE brake lines are a very strong multi-layer design that aren't simple rubber lines like some would think.

I'm just trying to cover my ass so I don't hang on or break a hose up in the middle of the sticks. However, if you're saying that the stock lines are long enough for the droop then I'll go with that! I have no issues with pedal feel and if prefer to leave it alone if I don't need the extensions. It seems like I read that the stockers weren't even long enough for 2".
