Arrow Brake booster

I think i may be starting to get a vacuum leak in the booster diaphragm. My idle has started to get a tad uneven. If I'm idling and i pump the brakes the vacuum drops the engine stumbles and starts to stall then comes back to life. What do you guys think?

thats what happened in my ranger, it was eventually so bad that the truck would stall, and i replaced the booster, turns out it was filled with fluid, and the diaphram was pretty well ripped. fairly easy to replace though. when u hit the brakes do you hear a hiss?
