Brake light and turn signal issues

I've had to replace the fuses for my brake lights and turn signals several times in the past month and a half. They both go out at the same time and I can't figure out what is causing it. Have tried to look at as much wiring as I can to see if something is causing a short. Have replaced turn signal indicator switch and checked all bulbs and am at a point where I am scratching my head. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Chances are a shorted wire Between the turn signal switch and the rear lights. Maybe where a harness goes through a body panel or within any after market trailer wiring you might have. The two rear brake lights and rear turn signals use the same wires to the rear. So a short would show in either circuit, depending on which was in use at the time.
