Break Light Issues

I'm sorta new to this. My break lights don't work. The fuse keeps blowing. I replace it, but same. The reverse lights work. I thought I had them grounded properly. What am I missing here? Thanks!

Check to make sure nothing metal is touching the two metal contacts on the inside of the tailgate hinge. That was a problem I had at one time.
