Break Power Booster

Hey All, Anyone Ever Change One Out, Pretty Sure Mine Is Shot, Brake Pedal Is Hard, Cant Be Pushed Down At All. Happened When I Started It Up To Go To Work This Morning... I Was Told To Pull The Vacuum Line Off And I Should Hear some Air Sound. I Didn't, Idle Is Normal, Was Told To Check That Too.

So How Much Of a Pain Is It To Do?

In my 40+ years in the automotive business I have never seen a booster fail. If you pulled the large vacumm hose off the booster and the engine did not get rough and stall then the hose has a blockage and there is no vacumn in it.
Retired my 94 YJ 4cyl 5spd @ 200K
