Broken body to frame bolt

Help! I just removed a Wilderness Rack that came with my Wrangler. In order to remove the lower brackets at the rear of the Wrangler I had to remove the two bolts near the rear bumper that secure the body of the Wrangler to the frame. Unfortunately, one of the bolts broke off. So the nut up inside the body has the remainder of the bolt stuck in it. The nut is too loose in the body to drill out. I also see no way to access the nut as it is enclosed inside the body. What do I do?

Either forget about it or undo all the other bolts on that side of the jeep and jack up the body to get a set of pliers on the bolt. Now's a good time to install a body lift.
