PB Blaster and work them back and forth while lifting from the bottom.

I assume you took the nuts off?

get a thick towel and a big long bladed screw driver or prybar, wrap the towel around the tool. of course take the nuts off the door pins. put the tool/towel on the bottom all the way as far as you can to the bumper. use the body and pry up. you may want someone there holding the door in case you pry too far and the door falls. once you get them off once or twice its easy the rest of the times.

i had this problem on my jeep when i first bought it. a buncha pb blaster and swinging the door back and forth countless times did the trick. now they go on and come off with ease.

I just got them off. Pretty easily actually. The key is a nice even upward pull. Or getting under and evenly pushing. I was kind of rocking before and that does nothing. Thanks guys.
