Catalytic converter

This is Logan D, still trying to figure out why my jeep is running so bad. It might be the o2 sensor but I cannot get the darn thing out!! Does anyone think it could be my catalytic converter? Some dude suggested that to me today.

Could be the cat, you should test it before buying a new one. Tap it with a mallet, listen for internal rattles. also measure the inlet and outlet temps with a infared gun. Outlet temp should be higher than inlet temp.
