That code is for a malfunctioning IAC (idle air controller) which is mounted onto the throttle body, on the side nearest to the valve cover. Gently cleaning it with a toothbrush & aerosol throttle body cleaner after removing it from the throttle body normally restores it back to operation. Be sure to also clean the opening in the throttle body if fits into, a baby bottle nipple brush would work ok. The IAC is only held on by two small torx screws.

Rarely does the IAC need to be replaced, cleaning it is normally all that is needed.

When you have a choice, buy American.
