Changing dash lights, 97 TJ

OK, I did the search, I'm just not sure of what I read. To open the guage cluster, I start by taking off the center vents??

Some one set me on the straight & narrow here. I know I need led #74 bulbs, 5 of them but thats about it.

Looking for a step by step.

Thanks in advance, STEVE
