Changing spark plugs on 4 cyl

I have a1999 4 cylinder with air and need change my spark plugs. Will I have to remove the compressor to gain access to the front plug ? Or is there an easier better way?

Thanks,
Randy

You may not "have to" but it's really much easier to take it off. I've never even tried to get to the front plug on mine with taking it off.

A 3/8" drive ratchet with a wobble joint between the spark plug socket and extension is usually enough to be able to change the #1 plug without removing the a/c compressor.
